Yes, a traditional residential lawn is required for the safe installation of our charming stork signs. We need clear, unobstructed soil to secure the sign in place. Unfortunately, we cannot install signs on surfaces like concrete, rocks, mulch, flower beds, or near public utility boxes. We’ll drive a stake 10 inches into the ground to ensure stability. Unsure if your lawn is suitable? Contact us, and we’ll help you determine if we can set up your sign.

To ensure your preferred date, we recommend reserving your stork sign in advance, particularly for scheduled births or events. For surprise arrivals, simply call us as soon as the baby is born, and we’ll arrange the sign setup within 24-48 hours. We reserve the sign only after payment is complete. Please call us if you haven’t paid us.

We offer a 7-day rental so you can enjoy celebrating your special news. For events like baby showers, we also offer a one-day rental. If you have specific rental requirements, feel free to contact us to discuss what works best for you.

We’ll install your stork sign in your front yard where it will be clearly visible from the road for everyone to enjoy. If you have a specific location in mind, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your preference.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Please note that full payment is required to confirm your reservation before we deliver your sign.

We are based in Sheridan and we deliver at a small delivery rate. Our service area includes Sheridan, Prattsville, Grapevine, Ico, East End, Maple Creek (Hensley), Prague, White Hall, Jefferson, Redfield, Benton; and surrounding areas

Our delightful stork sign rental starts at $100 for a 7-day rental, which includes a personalized keepsake bundle. 

Add personalized sibling stars, message signs, dog bones, or cat signs to your order for just $30 each. These are available in pink or blue and will be left with you at the end of your rental as keepsakes to cherish.

Yes, we’re thrilled to offer separate stork signs for each baby in the case of multiples, each with its own personalized keepsake bundle. Contact us to discuss how we can make your celebration extra special.

Absolutely! We offer grandparent stork signs with either a personalized bundle ($100) or a generic message ($80). The rental period for grandparent signs is 7 days, and the personalized bundle will be left with them as a keepsake.

If payment isn’t received at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery, we will need to cancel the order.

We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or if extreme weather conditions prevent installation. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds in situations where we’re unable to access gated communities, if the recipient refuses the installation, or if there’s a dangerous animal that prevents access. We appreciate your understanding in these rare circumstances.

If you notice any damage to the stork sign, please contact us right away. Our signs are made to be durable, weather-resistant, and of high quality—but they are not meant to be climbed on.

Please note that we are not responsible for any injuries involving the sign while it is on the renter’s property. The homeowner where the sign is placed will be held responsible for any damage that occurs to the sign during the rental period.

By placing an order, the homeowner acknowledges and accepts responsibility for the care of the sign while it is on their property.
